By this notice, DISCOVER-IN, S.L. informs the USERS of its services (hereinafter, the USER or USERS) about its Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”) in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and in the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), so that USERS freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide DISCOVER-IN, S.L. as responsible for this website, the Personal Data that may be required or that may be obtained from users on the occasion of the use of the services offered by the same.

What exactly can you apply for?
- Right of access: You may request information about whether DISCOVER-IN, S.L. is processing your personal data.
